All body systems rely on food and nutrients for optimal function. Many people do not consume an adequate diet for fulfilling those needs, and the nutrients in our food supply have been diminished over the years due to modern farming practices. In this seminar we will discuss the foundational role of nutrition in supporting the immune system, stress response, digestive health and metabolic detoxification and the role of organic, sustainable farming in supplying nutrient dense foods and supplements.
