Oregon

Oregon law allows for the licensure of dietitians, and a person who is not licensed may not refer to themselves nor imply they are a “licensed dietitian” or use the words or letters “L.D.” 

EXEMPTIONS:

Oregon law does not limit the practice of nutrition.
