Washington State

Washington State is a Certification State that certifies dietitians and nutritionists. The laws do protect the titles and designations of “Certified dietitian,” “certified dietician,” “certified nutritionist,” “D.,” “C.D.,” or “C.N.” There are no certification requirements to provide nutrition care and holistic nutrition professionals may work within their scope of practice.
