Contact Point Associates This 2-day workshop will equip you with coaching tools to connect with your client and build the foundation for full engagement. You’ll learn how to work constructively with the internal and external obstacles your clients face and practice working with skillsets to facilitate and empower sustainable change. When your client succeeds you succeed! We’ll also work with pitfalls and traps and identify key tools to offset those traps.
